Classroom Rules:
Responsibility: Having all of your materials for each class, and doing the day’s work and turning in your assignments on time.
Respect: Treating others and their property as you would like you and your property treated. Not using racial slurs, profanity, or violating the school’s dress code policy. (No Bullying)
Readiness: Demonstrate your readiness to learn.
Civility: The act of being civil towards others; using formal politeness and courtesy in speech and behavior.
Communication: The act of expressing ideas, directions or instructions or answers verbally, written or electronically. The sender is the individual who provides information and the receiver is the individual who is receiving the information. It is the responsibility of the receiver to verify they understand the sender’s information.
Professionalism: The act of addressing others in a manner that promotes confidence in one’s self.
- Class definition: Doing what you need to do or what you are obligated to do without someone telling you to do it or doing it for you.
- Class rule: Coming to school as often as possible on time. Completing and turning in all of your assignments and homework on time.

- Class rule: Use polite manners and proper etiquette when speaking with people in the class. For example, saying “please” and “thank you”. Express courtesy and patience in the classroom particularly with others that are different from you or with individuals you may not like. BEING MEAN AND NASTY TOWARDS OTHERS WILL NOT BE TOLORATED.
